payoff payout

My wife and I purchased dirt bikes and quads together, both on the titles. I made all the payments myself and rolled the balance into a Visa account in my name only, which I pay myself as well. If we get a divorce, can I get these items in order to sell and pay off Visa balance?

Sort of. Your wife owns 1/2 of the bikes and quads. You wife also owes 1/2 Visa debt. So, your wife may agree that you will get the bikes and quads if you do not require her to pay you 1/2 the debt.
