Legal Question in Family Law in California

I purchased a house while married and my wife signed a Interspousal Transfer Deed (I used my credit/assets, and only my name was on the loan/documents). I refinanced in 2012, and again, she signed a transfer deed. We are going through divorce now, what rights does she have to the house, if any?

The community would have a pro tanto interest to the extent that any community funds were used to pay down the loan, and to the extent that any improvements were made to the property.
