Ex-Spouse has a restraining order against me. She has been stalking me at work and now has been accosting/harassing my new girlfriend. How can I get a restraining order against her that will protect me and my girlfriend?

Return to court on the motion that she initiated to request a modification of the orders. If your ex is violating those orders, you should request to have the restraining orders dismissed. Be sure you have an unequivocal proof that she's in violation of the orders.
