I put a retraining order on my spouse. However I now need to have access to our home to prepare it to sell. Can I legally be around my spouse long enough to put the house on the market

As a precaution to protect you, it would be a good idea to get specific orders from the court on listing and selling the property as well as preparing it for sale.
