Legal Question in Family Law in California

Quadro Question: I was married 30+ years and when we divorced the Quadro was not settled. He and I both received half of of each others retirement which totaled 3 years of my STYRS and 5years of his Union pension. Is it possible for us to give each other back what we agreed upon to avoid more complications?
