Question about joint custody

Hi,

if we get joint custody of the children and wife wants to move out of state with the children. Is there is any legal way to prevent it?

Yes I would write a letter to her, saying you do not approve of her move away. Additionally I would file a motion with the court to prevent her move away and get a court order. A family law self help center in your local court house can assist you with that.
