Legal Question in Family Law in California

re:answer to modification of spousal support.

Thank you for your quick reply to my answer about spousal support. I figured I would have to keep the case in California. My problem is, I am not getting any help as to which form I need to use to modify spousal support. I contacted the county court (family law facilitator) were the case is and unfortunantly, to get any help, I have to go there in person. This is not possible since I live in AZ. I know I have to file an expence and income declaration and serve my ex with one as well. I just don't know what to do after that. All of the forms I have found on-line are to modify child support not spousal. Do you know what form it is that I need to file?

Thank you,

Sandy

I would need to be retained to give further assistance. I offer limited scope services at affordable rates, this means, you continue to be your attorney in pro per, but I prepare all the papers, file them and have him served. If you choose, I can also negotiate a settlement and or appear at the hearing on a limited scope basis depending on the services you select. Please call the office during business hours to arrange further services.
