A relative held under state custodiy

I have a relative who is in a senior

home and is under the state. What kind

of rights do I have ? Are they going to

ask me for any past mony that might

be due?

Your relative is an adult, so you don't have any responsibility to pay money unless perhaps you received assets from this person that they can make a claim to. If you did receive assets from them, talk to an Elder Law or Probate lawyers.
