Legal Question in Family Law in California

My separation date is 7/1/11. I filed forms for dissolution on 7/5/11. My husband filed a form with the California Business to remove me as a co-owner of our company and they backdated it to 7/3/11. I am unsure of when he actually turned in the form. He changed the locks on our business on 7/3/11 and had me removed as owner as of the same date.

Does this violate the restraining orders that go into place at time of Separation?

The restraining orders are in place as of the time of filing (for petitioner) and serving (for respondent) the summons and petition, not separation.
