Legal Question in Family Law in California

Violation of Visitation

I have denies my daughter's father to call her. I have moved into a new house and won't release the information. This is inviolation of the court order. He has just gotten out of prison and has been paroled to another count. My daughter has stated that she doesn't want to talk to him. What recourse does he have against me?

Re: Violation of Visitation

You could be in contempt of court. I would suggest that you go to court and modify the current court order to eliminate his visitation rights or to give him supervised visitation rights. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
