Legal Question in Family Law in California

If I wanted to move from one sate to another and my child's father does not want to let me go, does it matter that I'm pregnant and my current husband wants to live in a different state because of our financial situation?

You need to consult with a family law attorney. What you do not want to do is leave the state with your child without getting permission from the family law court. If your child's father will not consent to the move, then you will need to petition the court to allow the move.
