Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife and myself are in the settlement phase of our divorce , on valentines day we had mediation and reached an agreement on our 15 year old son concerning custody. I have a recomendation to smoke marijuana and purchased some for our son he was afraid to buy it on the streets I know how serious this is now she has filed a restraining order naming our son in the order as well as contacting the DCFS what do I do

This is serious. You will need an experienced family law attorney to assist you with this matter. The courts take these kinds of issues very seriously. If I were on the other side I would be asking that the mediation report be abandoned due to the new information and that custody be awarded to your wife and that you only be allowed supervised visitation.

I agree with Mr. McGinity, your wife has every reason to request that the mediation agreement be tossed. This is extremely serious, and most of the damage is done. You will need an attorney to guide you through this mess, no question.
