Legal Question in Family Law in California

Yesterday, I missed my divorce trial because I was taken to the hospital for chest pains. A "Judgment By Court " was entered. The main issue was spousal support. Since I was in the hospital and couldn't be there is there anything I can do about it now to try and get spousal support or is it to late? This is in Los Angeles county. Thank you.

You can file a motion to set aside the judgment or for a trial de novo. I would highly suggest you find yourself a local attorney who specializes in family law matters to help you. Good luck!
