Automobile left on property

How do I legally get rid of an automobile left on my property that belongs to someone else. I believe their is a letter I can write that I can charge them storage fees.

Call the police and tell them there is an abandoned car on your property.

Most likely if there are no license plates on the car, the police will have it removed.
