Car Liability

I finaced a car for a friend. Is there a way to legally release me from liabilty in the event she has an accident? Can a notarized document help indicating she is 100% responsible & liable in the event of an accident?

No, if you are on title, you are legally responsible. If you're not on title, you're ok.

If you are on title you are responsible upto $25,000. You still can have an indemnification agreement with your friend.
