Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Charges of harrasment and slander

My 7 year old son and nine year old daughter were sexually abused several hundred times by a stepbrother in my ex-wife's home. The boy plead guilty to one count and in the interest of justice all other counts wer dropped. He was convivted of a felony, but does not have to register as a sex offender. I do not want this to happen to other children so I want his neigbors and co-workers to know what he has done. If I pass out flyers indicating his conviction, can I be sued for harrassment, slander or any other offense?

you can put what you want on the flyer as long as it is true.
