1. Do I have to accept payments for a small claims judgement I won against an individual DBA a company that has assests to pay wholly, and 2; How do I insure that the judgement is recorded on his credit report by all three reporting agencies?

Ask Small Claim's Court for information in collecting a money jugement. In addition,

1. Judgment should specify if there are any restrictions;

2. Obtain an Abstract of Judgment;

3. File Abstract of Judgment in County Recorder's Office;

4. File Notice of Judgment Lien with Secretary of State;

5. Obtain a Writ of Execution Money Judgment & Serve;
