Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I had a credit card file a judgment on me. My name is the only named listed. Can they go after my husband also?

They can go after all community property, any of your husband's separate property that has been mingled with yours, and all your separate property to enforce a judgment. If the credit card debt was incurred during the marriage, they can go after him for the whole thing, but they would have to get a separate judgment against him to go after his separate property.
