my daughter refuses to pay for damages occurred when she hit a deer in my truck, how do i get her to pay?

Does she have her own auto insurance? Does she have enough in asserts to pay you now? Was she at fault ; if not, then she should not have to pay you. If you can not reason with her, then tell her she gets no presents for the next couple of birthdays as not paying for the damages is her gifts. You might also say that you will reduce what she gets from your estate, plus 10% interest per year.

Unless she was negligent or otherwise at fault, she is not liable to pay for the damages. If she was, Mr. Shers gives some good creative ways to collect. The only other option I can thing of is small claims court.
