dismiss case and quash service

which form do i use in la couunty to make a motion for a speacial appearance i think it is called to move for a dismissal and quash service.

although they could serve me again unless a lawyer appears for me, it buys me more time to answer the complaint.

i went to the la web site and do not see the forem i need

There is no form. You would have to write your own motion on pleading paper. You can go to the law library and find samples of motions to quash service. However, if you were served and the complaint is in proper form, you should file an answer and litigate the case rather than waste the court's time on an improper motion.
