Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I need to file a motion for a preliminary injunction and restraining order immediately, the urgency being that i had received notice of postponed trustee sale for August 22, 2012. What forms do i need? Can i or how can i get it filed in time? with tomorrow being the 21 of august

There are no 'forms', it is all specially researched, written and argued, and you can expect to spend in the range of $5000 or more in fees and costs to do this if you actually had the time to do all the work necessary, which you don't.
