Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Can I file the second SC-108 form when the first SC-108 was denied? The reasons for the 2nd SC-108 are totally different from the first SC-108. The case is in CA.

That depends on why the first SC-108 was rejected, and whether or not the second one is filed within 30 days of the notice of entry of judgment.

I agree. It sounds unlikely that you are within the 30-days anymore. If not, you're out of luck.
