internet web site conflict

I asked Crocs the shoe company if I could sell thier Crocs with logos on them. They said yes and then a year later changed their mind. I own logoCrocs and I want to sell the name. Will I get in trouble. They do not want to buy it but I do not want it anymore. I want to sell the name on go daddy or a web site that auction urls
