Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I am located in California. My ex's lawyer is trying to get me to agree to a mutual Temporary Restraining Order for 30 days. The lawyer claims that any record of this Temporary Restraining Order will be "wiped clean" at the end of the 30 days. Is this true? Won't there still be a record of it remaining in the public records/civil records?
