Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I have a misdemeanor petty theft and am done with almost all my probation which is over mid next year. I have completed all fines, community service, everything. I would like to know since I qualify for early termination of probation if it is worth it to apply for it now plus expungement or should I wait until next year until my probation is over/ However i really want to get this over with and if I can now why not.. However, if I get denied how soon can i try again and how many times can i try again to get expungement/dismissal. Please let me know thank you/ Is it more likely for me to get approved now or later?

As long as you have completed ALL other terms of probation, such as jail, community service, payments, programs, etc., and at least one year of probation, you can seek expungement. Feel free to contact me for legal help if serious about doing so.
