Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

My neighbor has been harassing me for 2 years. I now have a no contact restraining order against her. However, she vandalized my car and owes me $600 I was about to send her a demand letter but have a no contact restraining order against her. How do I get the money she owes for damages if she can not contact me?
