Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Poor Service @ Car Repair Shop

I have taken my car to a dealership repair shop for oil change service covered under a maintenance agreement and warranty work with the following results. The first incident they did not put enough oil in the car and it took two more visits for them to figure out why the oil light was coming on. The second incident they rotated my car tires which are different sizes and should not be rotated. The third incident they replace only part of a damage door handle requiring me to make a second visit for the work to be completed. All incidents have resulted in multiple trips back to the dealership for problems that didn't exist until they put their hands on the car. Can I ask for a full refund of the maintenance service agreement and compensation for the time and frustration in dealing with this type of incompetance? How do I go about this?

In addition to any other recourse suggested by other (which I suspect would include small claims court), you may also want to take a look at the California Bureau of Automative Repair web site: http://www.dca.ca.gov/consumer/complaints.shtml
