That's pretty nasty. You should get yourself a hard-nosed lawyer from an entertainment litigation lawfirm to try to collect for invasion of privacy. Realistically, it's a matter of public record. However, after all these years, unless you've done something lately that propels you into the public eye once again, they should have let sleeping dogs lie.
