Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Product liability/Lemon law

I bought a motorhome about 18 months ago and it has a major frame flexing problem that has caused me to stop driving it.

The factory has tried to fix it and now they will not return any of my calls. Do I have any recourse?

Thank You

It sounds like it. I need to ask a few questions. 1. How many times have you brought this problem to the dealer or to a repair facility to have it repaired under warranty?

2. Where did you purchase it.

You have several options, depending upon whether it fits withing the 'lemon law' definitions, or a normal defective product claim. Either way, a lawsuit may be your only recourse unless an attorney can get them to settle without the need for suit. Call if interested.

Re: Product liability/Lemon law

If you bought the motorhome as new then you may have a lemon law case. I would need to know the name of the manufacturer. If you would like more info you can go to my web page then contact me. My web page is at members.tripod.com/familylawca/
