rent toown stores

i wrote a check for a payment but decided to pay the check at the store and get the check back i paid the check plus a fee they didn't have the check so i told them to shred the check they said they would but at the end of the same month they took the check to the bank and got another two payments with the check they said they would shred

if they don't repay you on demand, take them to small claims court.
