Requesting for sanctions

55 days have passed and the defendant has continued ignoring my request to answer my interrogatories, RFA, and production of documents. Can I file one motion to compel the defendant to answer for interrogatories, RFA, and production of documents, or I need to file separate motions for each request mentioned above?

Can I ask the judge to sanction the defendant who is in pro per for ignoring my requests and causing me to waste time? The judge has already sanctioned the defendant twice for not complying with court procedures.

You need to file separate motions. More importantly, the deadline for such motions is 45 days after the responses were due unless the parties have agreed otherwise. If the responses were due 55 days ago and you have not obtained an agreement from the other side allowing you more time to bring motions to compel then it is probably too late.
