Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I have been a slandering victim by Non-profit organization president for past year in front of many people(25~30) at every single meeting. He ridiculed, humiliated me infront and behind me since I refuse to give donation for the major event last year. He continued to make derogative remarks to other members about me for past whole year. He does it intentionally to control me. I held the position with the organization and he did it to other members as well as he did it to me. He caused me great stress where I develop this skin rash(?) for a year now. Furthermore, he has illegal financial transaction involving IRS, too.
