i can suit someone for making a movie of me without my sign signature.

If I understand your question correctly, yes you may sue someone if they market and distribute a movie or other video content that contains your likeness if you do not consent.

It depends on what they do with it. Only if they market or distribute it for commercial purposes would you have a right to sue.
