Someone did there taxes and put my account instead of there's what can I do with that money?

First off it is not yours. Do not spend it. Contact the IRS or state tax people and see if they can track owner down. Notify the IRS that you have it in writing and set the money aside so you have it to give back when they ask for it...you need to take all reasonable steps to return this.

You can't spend money that does not belong to you, even if it was put into your account by accident. So I suggest you leave it where it is and contact the person or entity that deposited into your account, and see if you can find out who it really belongs to.

Contact IRS and return it before they come after you for it and charge you with a crime if you keep it..
