Sure. Try to take a photo of the text message so you can show it in court. If the photo doesn't show it clearly, can you download the message to your computer and print it out?

Also, write down the time of the message and any information that will help identify the sender. You will also need to testify that you received this message and how you know who sent it.

A text message is like any other evidence. It needs to be authenticated. Once you do that, you can introduce it as evidence subject to rules of hearsay, relevance and privilege.
