Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Vacating an Award from CSCLB

I won an award for the California State Licensing Board and the contractor has filed a appeal in Civil Court asking them to reduce or vacate the Award. How do I respond and what form. How do I make him pay me back.

Re: Vacating an Award from CSCLB

You make him 'pay you' by winning your case in court and actually finding assets to collect against someday in the future. It sounds like you'll need legal counsel for the trial. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so, it the amount in question is worth it.
