What is the workflow required to write and submit into court and extraordinary writ in a small claims case . ? There is also a civil unlimited trial occurring concurrently

What to you mean by "workflow"? If you mean how much time would it take an attorney to draft and file the writ petition, there is no one answer. It all depends on the issue(s) to be raised in the petition and the state of the record, if any.

It is also unclear what is the significance of the trial in the Superior Court. Are the cases related? If so, why are there two proceedings ongoing at once?
