Legal Question

New Healthcare / Acupuncture system

I have invented, developed and researched a new Healthcare system, which uses acupuncture (a new system and not TCM), as a major part of the Therapy. What is the the legislation and regulation for offering and applying this system to the general public. Especially with regarding to teaching others this system and what legal requirements must I and the system fulfill and apply ?
