Canadian Citizen moving to the USA

Hi, My husband is a Permanent Resident in Canada and I am a Canadian Citizen.

He has been offered a Professional Job in Fresno, Cali. and we would like to move there.

Luckily, his employer is taking care of his requirements, however, I have concerns with my own entry into the US. I will have to apply for the NT Visa once I find a job, however, will there be a problem with me entering the USA with him? And can we bring along our household items?

If your husband is entering the US using a work visa, you can enter with him as a dependent.

I think you meant to say the "TN visa", not "NT visa." Spouses obtain TD-visa status with the main NAFTA TN-visa holders, and are admitted to the U.S. for the same duration, but are not authorized to work. So, you can come with your husband, and can change to TN status once you yourself find a professional job.
