Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am a U.S. citizen and I recently turned 21 I would like to file AOS and I-130 for both my parents but I am a bit concerned and confused if I will be able to or not. Both my parents had EWI before but the last time they entered they both entered with a tourist visa and have, obviously, overstayed their visit. Will I be able to file and AOS for them even if they had EWI before? Will they recieve the 10 year ban if I do?

Did your parents EWI before or after April 1, 1997? Before filing anything you should do a consultation with an immigration attorney to determine whether your parents would need a waiver because of their EWI to the United States. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
