Your parents can file an petition for you but you need special permission for reentering the U.S.

We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.

This is a complicated question. An important issue is the nature of your criminal conviction and whether or not you were advised of the immigration issues related to pleading guilty. It may be possible to set aside the verdict, thereby negating your removal/deportation. If this is not possible, then the nature of your conviction will determine how long you were barred from entry. Call us at (805) 549-7745.
