Financial requirement for fiancee petition

I am a U.S. citizen and I want to petition for my fiancee to come to the U.S. What is the minimum financial requirements that I have to show? What do I need to turn in to prove my income? If I just have a job for a short period of time and my tax return showed low income, can I use my pay stub for the previous month?
