Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

green card

i have just come usa.i have not received my green card yet . immigration office is saying that they have mailed it on the previous address. it has been lost. i have to go abroad on 16th march. if i apply for my green card now will they ask for my fingerprints within these days or i have to extend my ticket.

Regarding your question, you should file form I-90 and then make an Infopass appointment at your local office. Depending on what happens there, and how comfortable you feel, you may want to postpone your trip.
