Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

H1B to F1 Change of Status

After my undergrads I had applied for an F1 visa and it got rejected. Later I joined a Indian company and got my H1B visa done. Currently I am working in United States on my H1B. Now I want to reapply for F1 visa for studying full time.

Now the question is:- As once my F1 visa was rejected in India, will there be any issues in getting my F1 visa, if I apply for a change status from H1B to F1?

You should apply through an attorney. Sometimes INS ask for explanation why you want to go back to school mid career...also need strong sponsor for financial support.
