Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I have a H1 and EAD. I want to use EAD to work part-time with a different company while working full-time on H1 with my current company. Is it possible?

Sure. Why not. A person can theoretically have two H-1B petitions approved for them by 2 different companies, so as long as you're still working full-time with one company on the H-1B (as you're supposed to), you can use the EAD to work part-time with the other company.
