Hello, Me and my husand live in mexico I am an us citizen he is illegal. I will apply for his visa this year, However if he works in mexico and I work in the u.s. Do I put him on my taxes as a dependent eventhough he works in another country. Also how long will the process take once the application has been submited? I am a us. citizen.
