Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

About new Immigration Law

I would really appriciate that if some would help me with this question, that,

Is it true that this current issue is up in the air, that government may or may not give all illegal immigrants as legal status.

If that is true what would be the terms and conditions for that.

At this point in time there is no new legalization program, although there are many competing proposals that the government is considering. I would advise you to meet with an immigration attorney in person to discuss your status and determine if there is any way for you to legalize your status under the current laws. If you hear that a new law has been passed, you should definitely meet with an attorney as soon as possible to determine if you may be eligible for a benefit. No, it doesn't look good right now. In fact, Congress may agree to secure the borders first before passing a guest-worker program and a path-to-citizenship program later, or in a few years.
