Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

immigration law

I have been naturalized U.S. Citizen for 5 years, but have been living outside of the country for the last 3.5 years. I am thinking about moving back into United States and working here, and I want to bring my wife into this country. My question is, would I be able to apply for green card for her even though I havent had any income and tax return for the past 3 years?

Appreciate your time to answer my question.

If you don't have enough income to sponsor your wife, you can find another person to be the co-sponsor.
