Labor certification/Green Card procedure
EDD has given the approval for RIR and forwarded the matter to Labor Dept. Labor Dept had a quiery as to the capacity of the officer in signing other employees Labor certification papers as the officer's case is pending for Labor approval. Proper documents proving the capacity has been provided.Through AILA the labor Dept was contacted.When the Labor officer called the Attorney has given the explanation.Even thereafter No decision from Labor Dept for more than 3 months though the attorney has been constantly contacting the Labor Dept by Faxing the request. What is the remedy available to the aggreived party under the immigration law
