Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I am seventeen years old and planning to attend college in a couple of months once I have graduated from high school but I am a illegal immigrant. I was brought to the United States when I was six months old and have lived here ever since. My question is I have an uncle who is an American citizen and was wondering if he would be able to help me apply for residency?

Unfortunately, an uncle cannot petition for a niece/nephew.
